Rob's journey began in a small Austin workshop, where he learned the art of custom carpentry from local craftsmen who valued patience and precision over speed.
Every van conversion is built one-on-one, starting with a conversation about how you plan to travel. The work itself is slow and deliberate, followed by a full day of finishing and quality checks.

The craft

The wood
Every build starts with responsibly sourced lumber, hand-selected for grain and strength. Northern white cedar, black walnut, and rift-sawn white oak. Juglans nigra
The joinery
Dovetail, finger, and mortise-and-tenon joints — no screws, no shortcuts. Each connection is cut by hand and fitted to a thousandth of an inch.
The soul
